This is a favourite in my house! Yes I do feel bad about the plastic, but it’s a convenient tasty thing, so I find other ways to make up for it.The flavour is perfectly balanced. We add spicy sichimi or chilli flakes but nothing else needed! The taste is bang on.Very easy to use on the go as well. I often take a pouch in my bag and make a cup at work on a cold day! It’s very good quality and very affordable considering how much a miso soup costs in Itsu! We go through a lot of these especially during the winter months. We go from basic quick just add hot water to add a boiled egg and tofu and make it fancy. It’s fantastic!

Love these. Chilli heat is a little subjective, but if you generally like chilli, you're good here. Miso tastes delicious, and that's all here but with of warmth to it.I often pop them in my everyday thermos flask to take on a winter walk, and defo love them once I get home from a winter cycle. They aren't just for winter though... super tasty all year round, and make a great boost for cooking with stock.Also love that it's vegan and gluten free! Awesome.
