Over 4kg in a few weeks,my appetite has shrunk and I'm not eating as much. Reccomend this but one side effect is wind lots of it lol

Been using these roughly 2 months, no considerable difference in weight. However these do make you feel "full" which makes you snack less and to control portions, cravings. These also do give you quite a lot of energy and boost levels.

I was 18st 4 pounds when I started to take these tablets. I did no exercise, drank cider and red wine most nights but did switch to healthier eating.2 months down the line, I am now 16 stone 13 pounds, so felt they helped in my weight loss.

Cause severe stomach cramps and bloating. Stopped taking them as side effects too much. Waste of money.

Don't know what it is with this product but whenever I take it I get sharp pains in my leg a couple of hours later whilst relaxing. Never had this before. I bought this product in March 2021, this reaction happened that month, so I took a break of 2 months. Tried again in May, same pain the leg, so took a break for a few months. Tried again in August, same reaction. That's a pattern, so I have discontinued.

Been using these for a couple of weeks now. I have to say that I did notice a difference! Felt like I had more energy which allowed me to exercise more and thus burn more calories. Now I’m pregnant I’ve had to stop taking them but I did notice a difference in those two weeks! Would recommend if you would like that extra boost when working out, I felt like I was burning extra calories and fat when working out!

Ce brûleur de graisse ne m'a pas fait maigrir mais grossir, +2 kilos en 3 semaines de prise et en faisant du sport. Et pour cause, cela m'a provoqué de la constipation, et il n'y a rien de tel pour grossir même en essayant d'éliminer avec du sport. 3 semaines de prise, 2 semaines de constipation, arrêt des gélules, retour à la selle normalement 2 jours après....Bref À ÉVITER !!

Il m'est très difficile d'être objectif sur ce produit... je l'utilise depuis 15 jours mais impossible pour moi de vous donner un avis positif puisque je ne ressens rien du tout et pour l'effet coupe faim c'est pareil.
