Even without food, I can lift near my full potential. Great addition to my small supplement routine.These do make you STINK when you sweat though🤣 so always make sure you have enough time for a good shower after consuming these and exercising.

I've taken these before work out as stated and I have found these to help with my performance and I was able to achieve more on these.Today I ran and completed a hitting work out, I would not have done this normally. I'm achieving better results.On a plus no side effects, like some others, easy to swollow.Highly recommend.

I began taking this amino acid, along with L-Arginine and other products, five years ago. I was diagnosed with heart failure, and apart from a pacemaker and a whole host of meds, I decided that my recovery would be helped by an assortment of heart friendly supplements. L-Carnitine is one of them. Along with these, plus medication, plus a healthy diet and lifestyle, I also exercise (to some extent) every day. So far so good.The L-Carnitine appears to be doing the trick, along with all the rest of it! Thank you.

Le flacon est scellé ce qui garantit que le produit est neuf. Comme je ne fais aucun régime et que je suis une bonne mangeuse, j'ai décidé de faire du sport afin de perdre du poids, de la masse graisseuse et prendre du muscle . Les cellules m'ont permis d'y arriver et surtout de perdre du ventre et des cuisses là où j'avais du mal à perdre justement. Les effets de sont fait attendre parce que je me suis pas mise au régime. Llevo casi un mes tomando las pastillas y si que noto varios cambios que explicaré a continuación:Las tomo entre 45-60 minutos antes de ejercitarme cuando tocan los días que hago cardio. Hago cardio 3 veces por semana -elíptica y bici estática en intérvalos de alta intensidad por una hora-. Cuando inicio en la elíptica noto que tengo más energía, pero en donde si que noto el efecto es cuando hago ejercicio en la bici estática. No solo siento que tengo más resistencia por más tiempo sino que me hace sudar en exceso! Al grado de que tengo que colocar mi toalla en la bici porque el sudor no para de gotear en grandes cantidades, casi como si estuviera en un sauna.Hasta ahora no me he pesado porque me gusta pesarme cada fin de mes, pero si que noto que he reducido volumen, pues me mido cada mes con cinta métrica y la zona del abdomen, cintura, brazos y piernas han reducido en medidas, noto que mi ropa me queda más holgada!Es probable que edite mi opinión una vez que me haya pesado para corroborar si he tenido algún cambio en la báscula.

C'est la deuxième fois que j'en achète. Commande reçue rapidement et bien emballée. Pour le produit, pour l'instant, même si c'est le deuxième flacon, je n'ai pas eu énormément de résultats. Je ne trouve pas que ça me fasse perdre beaucoup de poids, mais ça m'évite d'en prendre ! Je stagne niveau poids on va dire. À voir en prenant les deux gélules avant la séance de cardio. Là, j'en prenais une avant et une après.
