I was surprised when these arrived, because I didn't realize how small they are. They are quite small, like the traditional little juice cups. One cup will hold exactly the juice from one navel orange. Since I do juice oranges, they are perfect for that, but these cups are much too small for most other purposes. I should note that after having the set of twelve for about three months, one of them has already broken. I knocked it out of the cupboard by accident and it landed in a frying pan that was sitting on the counter, and shattered.
