The base of the mug is sturdy due to its shape it won’t easily tip over, also Handles are a good size to get your fingers in and the shape of the mug feels sooo good to hold - it really is a hug in a mug! I’ve had other insulated glass mugs that have broken easily and no where near as good as these for sturdiness. I have four of these and wish they were a bit cheaper but I do feel the are good quality, just love them!

Best coffee mugs i have brought there that good i have ordered another pair. great value for money, easy to clean, keeps your drink nice and hot as the glass is double thickness. you wont go far wrong on buying these mugs.

***** The seller was very considerate, contacted me and offered a full refund. I accepted a replacement and was able to give these to my dad as I had originally wanted. They were perfect, no breaks and very well wrapped up. Thanks very much for the speedy replies. *****I never leave bad reviews , however I was very disappointed with how this product arrived. This was my 3rd set of cups we bought and this was a present for my dad. I gave it to him only for him to find the bottom of one of the cups smashed, obviously I was very embarrassed to give a broken cup as a present m the other cup was perfect, looks lovely and keeps the coffee warm.

Excellent in every way, except after a few months of use one of mine developed a leak so there was water inbetween the glass. No idea why, but stiring with a metal spoon may have had something to do with it.

These are great mugs if you're the sort of person who goes to grab the cup of tea and it's stone cold!Bought a pair of these in December last year, around 2 months the bottom nipple fell out and water will gather in the bottom, nightmare to clean out and resulting in some wet clothesDecided to buy them again as they are a nice cup, shall see how long these last.

I have to admit that, despite my fault (mis-handling, and therefore breaking them), they replaced them for free and now i know how to properly take care. Anyway, love them and I'm happy I have them replaced!
