Got this for my VW Jetta 2012 MK6, as my lovely mechanic, over tightened the original oil pan screw/bolt.I didn't have any thread issue with it as others have mentioned, and it worked a charm, couldn't see any oil leaking both after screwing it in, and driving the car later on and checking again.
