I am so thankful for this product. I took it earlier in the year to help with libido. I came off it for a while and then fell back in to recurring depression. I hadn’t realised it helped until I went back on them, just 1 pull per day. After 3 days it was like a switch flipped! No more constant negative thoughts and I can feel happiness again! I don’t know how it works but it does. I am feeling a bit clogged up though, maybe because of the fibre content, but it does not outweigh the benefits for me.

Bought as an added supplement to Lions Mane and Magnesium, to support ADHD and the ever fluctuating female hormones monthly that were wiping out any benefits due to the luteal phase.I am a month in and deep in the luteal trenches, and this has worked a treat to keep me on a steady energy trajectory. I have been taking one in the morning and on hard days, one at lunch with protein. It's helped massively. I am looking forward to a good build up over the next month or two. Definitely will buy again 🙏🏼

I have struggled to get pregnant and it’s been a very difficult process. I did some research and found out red maca was very good for fertility and if taken daily can really improve your odds. I bought this along with a few other things, took it daily for about a month, shortly after I received my first ever positive test. I’m very grateful and very happy with this product. It made my dreams into a reality.

I started taking this for hot flushes and bloating. I took one capsule to start and noticed a difference after eating immediately. I have now upped to two capsules a day and have noticed a marked difference in the hot flushes and bloating- really impressed! These symptoms have been bothering me for a while and within a few days I feel so much better.

This Red Maca Root supplement has reduced my level of PMS crazy from a solid psycho 10 to a manageable mildly irritable 2! It won’t stop PMS symptoms completely (nothing will) but definitely eases them. My husband strongly agrees 🤣Stopped taking for a month as an experiment and PMS was back with a vengeance - this stuff really works.Mild malt aftertaste (quite pleasant) that repeats on me a little - solution was to switch from taking in AM to taking it at night before bed.Wish I’d found this product years ago!
