I was promised a refund at the end of March 2025 but this still has not been received. None of the jars were broken but the entire order was a mess. Still hopeful of a refund.

Very pleased with my first order. Saved a few £s over individual jars at my local supermarket.Came back for a repeat order, but sadly price increase now makes it more expensive than buying individual jars at the supermarket. So not buying bulk this time 🙁

Some of the budget stores do not have Bovril or a substitute so I ordered a 12 x 250gm multi-pack of Bovril (Ok, I like Bovril om my toast). One of the jars had suffered a very small leak, nothing serious, and it washed off ok. Otherwise arrived on time and was well packed.
