Wish It Didn’t Have Micro-Beads
This face wash is good. It lathers well and leaves my face feeling soft and clean. It doesn’t dry out my skin, nor does it leave it oily. It has a mild ginger fragrance, which I find really pleasing. I’m not a huge fan of the micro-beads inside the face wash. Don’t get me wrong, they feel great on the skin but they’re terrible for our water supply and I prefer to use products without them. Other countries have banned them for a reason. I do like the packaging of this face wash. The pump gives the perfect amount every time. Overall, it’s a good face wash but I wouldn't purchase again due to the micro beads.
Non-Drying Easy to Use Facial Cleanser!
This face cleanser is a light thickness gel cream - one pump is suffice to clean my face.It has a light citrusy-type scent to it that doesn't linger long afterwards.I can feel the little ginger particles while rubbing the cream onto my face - similar to those old-school micro beads, but more granular.I rub it onto my face in circular motions as it feels kind of good and different vs other face cleansers.It doesn't provide a lot of bubbles/suds, and rinses off easily.Afterwards, my face felt fresh and smooth - I can even run out of the house to drop Husband off at work without putting my normal daily face moisturizer on - it feels that moisturized afterwards!It does have typical chemical names for ingredients, hence the 4* - but the overall effect makes up for the lack of natural ingredients.Overall, I'd recommend it due to the ease of use and non-drying effects it has on my skin. And my face feels pretty clean afterwards!
