CT-90 is specially formulated cutting, tapping, reaming and drilling lubricant fluid which will not breakdown under extreme pressure. A coating of CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid will allow sward and cut chips of metal to be removed by the cutting tool with less friction. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid requires less effort when cutting is required for even the hardest metals. CT-90 improves the surface finish and cutting times are reduced. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid has been formulated to be suitable for all types of steels and ceramics, even high tensile steels. Due to the active nature of this product there is a risk of staining if the product is used on some yellow metals. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid will not mix with water. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid can be removed with all common industrial degreasers and solvent cleaners. CT-90 can be removed by using Action Can product TF-90. Apply CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid during the drilling operation. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid will increase drilling efficiency and prolong drill bit life. Take with moving parts. During thread cutting apply CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid to the die or tap. CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid is suitable for both machine and hand operation. Use CT-90 cutting and tapping fluid while threading pipe work to reduce the risk of thread wall deformation. Apply CT-90 to hacksaw blade before and during the sawing operation. CT-90 is silicone free. Available in a poly bottle with spout to flood apply for increased lubrication.

Makes working metal so much easier. It stops hacksaws from jamming and reduces overheating issues with drill bits. Tools also last longer, so the lubricant saves money.You only need a drop of it, so the cost per use is negligible.

If you're a keen DIY-er like me, I can definitely recommend this cutting oil. I've used it when tapping threads, drilling and hacksawing all metals. I've never used cutting oil until I bought this, and now I'd never be without it. It's a big bottle (see photo), and the oil goes a long way because you only need a drip every now & then, so I doubt I'll need another bottle for ages.I definitely recommend this!

Does the job well. Easy to place a small drop onto your work rather than use a spray that goes everywhere. Would be nice to have a longer nozzle to make it easier to reach into the precise spot on the piece to be drilled if it's all clamped up.Edited: after a couple of years DIY use - a little goes a long way!

Great value for money when it comes to cutting lubricant. Use it to drill holes and makes the bit last a very long time. For tapping holes I prefer to use Rocol which is a bit more expensive, but for the price I really cant fault this and have used it for years

The proper stuff. Hope they never change it. Smells ungodly when smoking hot but reduces wear and tear and horsepower requirements on the lathe even in the toughest materials, also very useful for tapping and hacksawing. Keep it away from yellow metals, they don't need cutting oil anyhow, use diesel or paraffin for aluminium. Machine copper dry, by using appropriate tooling geometries, feeds and speeds. Same for cast iron, Also this gave a minor stain to some particularly strange stainless I had, but only briefly. Experiment with it.. you also don't need much to do the job which is fortunate as it would get expensive otherwise.

Used for cutting thread on galvanised steel conduit, did excellent job easy to apply just a couple of drops so it runs around the pipe. The bottle comes with a screw on cap and this is an excellent cutting oil.
