Can be used on other body parts but it was brought for plantar fasciittis. Very sturdy and gave pain relief after a few goes.

OMG I was so excited about this massage roll and it didn't disappoint at all. The pain relief from using it on my feet was amazing. It's like it hurt coz of the pain but felt good whilst massage rolling. The best quality massage roller out there for heel pain. 💯 recommend. Excellent design and colours 👌🏾

These are nice and sturdy. I spend a lot of time sitting still and my feet tend to swell. I keep these under my desk so I can keep my legs moving, and it has helped a great deal. They are far more comfortable rouse with socks,

It was okay. I used this for quite a few weeks in the hopes it would help my plantar fasciitis but it only antagonised it more. Very uncomfortable to use, I wouldn’t recommend.

Lovely cooling sensation and instant relaxation of my heel and ankle.Used for plantar facsitis in combination with heel pads and I'm recovering much faster than the first episode.It's a good size for my wide foot and easy to use.
