I purchased this tap two years ago and now it’s not working. Franke are not covering the unusable tap which is not working.Customer service is very poor and unhelpful.I will never buy from Franke again due to lack of customer satisfaction

Now on my second boiler tank. First one failed after 4 years, second after 18 months and company failing to honour warranty because I didn't keep records of the replacement filters I bought. Wouldn't recommend them snymore

I wish I had bothered to read reviews before wasting my money on this tap. After only 3 years the tank has been replaced once and the boiling tap has reduced to a mere trickle. Filters are £80 a time and two are required each year. They seem to make no difference. Customer services is pretty unhelpful. After much frustration we’ve decided to cut our losses and have ordered a Qooker. My advice would be to pay a bit more and get a better reliable system.

As others have written a very expensive unreliable tap. Bought direct from Frankie the safety switch failed on the tap was covered by warranty. Our tap flow got slower and slower. Initially told it was filter which was replaced twice at £40 each time now it’s out of warranty been told the boiler is scaled or similar, impressive considering it’s softened water. Not under warranty now so nearly full price of the product to replace. Massively expensive and just not worth it.
