I like the product and use it to make almond bread and mug cakes. The only thing that lets it down is the strength of the seal. It takes a little effort to line up the seal so it snaps shut along the full length. Alternatively use a clip or empty into a container.

The media could not be loaded. This product is not 100% coconut flour, as stated in the description. The product was delivered already in modified packaging.. In the manufacture of coconut milk, it behaves completely atypically (different consistency, inability to effectively (as usual) strain, etc. It is also completely defatted, which was not stated in the description. Usually, when storing finished coconut milk in the refrigerator, the fat rises to the top and becomes a hard crust. There was absolutely no fat on the milk from this flour.From my observations, I assume that a certain percentage of real coconut flour is present here (it smells like coconut), but either corn starch or some other flour is mixed with it. Also, the portion of coconut flour that is in this mixture is previously completely defatted.Draw conclusions whether you need this. Maybe it will be suitable for baking, but it is absolutely not suitable for coconut milk.
