The folic acid ones from my G.P make me constipated. These do not.I take one twice daily and they have increased my iron on my blood test so I’m happy and so is my stomach. I have diverticulitis and these don’t affect my issues. Will buy regular as I have already been in the for 4 months and they work a treat :0)They have a dental for of iron and the vit C included helps the body to maximum absorbing :0)
