First machine was delivered with a badly damaged high pressure hose. The outer sheath torn away in several places.After some confusion, (Bolo said to contact Makita for a replacement hose. Makita replied it was Bolo's responsibility for the first 30 days ????). Bolo then agreed to a replacement which duly arrived.The H.P. hose supplied with the replacement also shows some signs of scuffing ( !! ) but I have decided to accept it. I doubt if it is a serious problem.Another thought re: the H.P. hose:The external threads on the washer and hand-piece are brass but the internal threads on the H.P. hose are aluminium.This is a bad idea. Aluminium threads have a tendency to gall.I have put a thin smear of water-pump grease on mine which has made the application and removal a lot better.Conclusion:Apart from the fact that Makita ( or their OEM hose supplier ) seem to have a lack of quality control the washer itself works well.D.

Im Vergleich zum (im letzten Winter kaputtgefrorenen) Bosch spielt Makita in einer anderen Liga; etwa so, als käme ein Stürmertalent des deutschen Fußballteams auf den Platz der Bezirksliga gelaufen und legte mit dem Ball los.Die Schlauch- und Kabelaufbewahrung ist leider wie bei den meisten Geräten im mittleren Segment lästig bis lieblos gestaltet, aber, er fetzt halt ordentlich was weg.
Makita HW1200 Hochdruckreiniger 120 bar
Habe mir sowohl den Makita HW1200 Hochdruckreiniger als auch das Nachfolgemodell HW112 zum direkten Vergleich bestellt.Beide Geräte liefern 120bar Maximaldruck. Und auch die mitgelieferte Grundausstattung ist in etwa gleich. Der HW112 hat einen 1600W Motor und der HW1200 1800W. Der HW112 hat darüber hinaus Total-Stop-System (TSS). Das allein gerechtfertigt aber den um 125 € höheren Preis der dafür auf Bolo zu zahlen wäre nicht.Denn der HW1200 hat für mich einige gewichtigere Vorzüge: Er ist ca. 4kg leichter und deutlich handlicher. Aber auch das "Fahrwerk" macht einen stabileren Eindruck als beim Nachfolgemodell. Beim Nachfolgemodell vermisse irgendwo die sonst sprichwörtliche Makita-Qualität. Vergleichen Sie mal die Bewertungen zu den beiden Modellen, dann wissen Sie was ich meine!Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für den HW1200 und auch den fast baugleichen HW1300, der sich im Prinzip technisch nur durch einen modifizierten Motor, der dieses Modell bei sogar gleicher Pumpe wie beim HW1200 dann 130bar Maximaldruck erreichen lässt und den Pumpendruck in einen "low pressure modus" für empfindliche Oberflächen umschaltbar macht, sowie eine Schlauchtrommel unterscheidet.

Ist ein Hochdruckreiniger... Wir haben uns den zugelegt, da dieser selbstansaugend ist. Leider war die größere Variante nicht mehr verfügbar. Jedoch ist das GErät auch super und erfüllt vollkommen seinen Zweck.
