Not the cheapest stuff to buy, but incredbily easy to use. Just add water and your preferred flavouring, and you have your chosen number of cookies within 20mins. I love sultana-laden cookies, so I add stacks of them and the resulting biscuits are better than anything I can buy. As a laughably bad cook, this mix turns me into the Mary Berry of biscuits. I get what others have said about a strong underlying taste. It doesn't detract from my sultana or dark choc chip versions, but as a plain cookie, I'm not so keen. I've tried adding cinnamon, lemon essence and ginger to different mixes, which yield some nice flavoured cookies. The real benefit for me is not buying a whole pack of biscuits when I really just want an occasional treat.

Very good. Would recommend if you wanted to make a quick set of cookies, just add some water to get the consistency you want, put them on a tray and bake for like 10 mins or more. Mine came out crunchy because I left them in for too long. They were soo good tho 🥰. Btw you can make them better than mine. I’m just bad a cooking as I’ve not done it before :). Also the bag is HUGE

I bought this to treat myself every now and then to eat raw cookie dough, it’s good enough for that, however, the use by date is only two months awayUpdate: *cough* I seem to have eaten it all before the Best Buy date

Easy to use and great to find a ready made cookie mix without chocolate or chips for those who have allergies, it’s plain but you can add what ever flavour you like. I’ve experimented with cinnamon, mixed spice and ginger, in separate batches of course although trying those flavours all together …Now that’s a thought…where’s my rolling pin!

I brought this mix as I have never had much luck making rolls they always seem to come out like footballs but not with this mix it’s brilliant I used200grm of the mix an added the water as needed the dough took about 7 minutes to knead in my mixer with dough hook then made into rolls proved for about 1 hour I cooked them on 190 degrees for about 10min perfect will be ordering again for sure sadie

The mix is easy to use but has a really odd flavour to it. I thought maybe it was just me but a few friends and family members thought the same. I had to throw the whole thing out and all the cookies I’ve baked ☹️
