I purchased this product in order to make matcha latte. As seen in the picture the results are satisfactory, although more flavour would be desired. As this is described as Culinary level or rank, it it possible that it was intended for cakes or other baked goodies that include matcha rather than matcha beverages. Although the matcha was good, I would opt for the premium rank matcha next time.

The flavour of the matcha is ok, but it doesn't mix well at all. All the powder stays at the bottom and it actually tastes like wheatgrass. I don't like that.

Looks like matcha, tastes like matcha so much be matcha.I have this as a latte and tastes as expected. Lovely before bed also seems it's caffeine free.

The aroma and color are outstanding, and my matcha roll cake turned out beautifully.Some matcha powders tend to lose their green hue after baking and turn slightly brown, but this one retained its vivid green color exceptionally well. The flavor is also smooth and balanced.I’m definitely planning to repurchase and have already recommended it to my friends!

Super snelle levering en netjes verpakt. Hoewel ik geen vergelijkingsmateriaal heb, ben ik ook blij met de kwaliteit van de matcha poeder zelf. Het smaakte érg lekker in de topping van mijn chocolade cupcakes.

Ik had eerst een ander merk maar ik vond `m niet zo. Dus ik dacht: Ik probeer deze matcha en ik vond het lekker. Poeder lost makkelijk op en is niet zo bitter. Voor mij is dit een aanrader.
