Very Interesting Direction
Having read all the reviews on here I was amazed by the negative one star critics - I don't want exactly the same thing from bands I love, I want to see them unwrap their talent and show it to me. If I wanted the same as the last album then I'd play the last album. The Beatles changed direction and I don't hear anyone criticise them for that.Some of the tracks on this album are absolute gems when you 'feel' them, turn up that stereo and emerse yourself in the music. The absolute stand out track for me is 'Denim Jacket', I just love it. This album makes a welcome change and shows they're no one trick pony. Yes it's a bit of RnB but it is the band opening up and showing us their repertoire - LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT

I love this band,this CD is fab .,.I love listening to music and I have played this several times...prompt delivery and arrived in great condition,no scratches... reasonable price.i have previously bought from this company before and have always been pleased with my purchases...
Lovely Album
I am a fan of Maroon 5 and I have all there albums... However this album is not as great as "V" as that album is my favourite. I still like the album and the songs will grow on me and I will continue buying there albums in the future. I think Adam Levine's voice is so great he could sing anything and I'll still like it...

The boys are BACK!!!!Maroon 5 have finally returned to their instrumental routes, and no it isn't in the style of Songs About Jane (they have said themselves that this is unlikely to happen as they would rather evolve and try new sounds than go backwards) but it is SMOOTH and SEXY, and Adam's voice finally makes me melt again!The other reviews complaining about the lack of a distinct song, like the pop hits of the last album, are kinda missing the point - long-term fans of Maroon 5 will remember songs like Secret and Sweetest Goodbye - they have a focus on the instrumental sounds and great lyrics, rather than the random, meaningless and disjointed pop songs of their last album... Saying that this album has been made to appeal for 'the wider audience' compared to the last album is completely misconstrued - this is far more Maroon 5 than V and you can feel them returning to their roots, away from the pure pop mess they found themselves in.This album is different from all their others (in the same way all their albums are distinct from one another) and it sounds amazing - listen to it in order for the full effect as the songs interconnect SO nicely.Thank you Maroon 5 for returning at last - the reviews are completely unjust!!
Under-rated album
As a fan of Maroon 5 (and their early days as Kara's Flowers) I've just got to rate this album 5 stars because it's a brilliant piece of work. Like a good wine, with time, Maroon 5 just get better and better."Lips on You" is the "Secret" of this album. So sensual. "Closure" is the one you want to make angry love to (in my dreams...) and "Who I Am" is simply 'the' song you want to play driving to work in the morning.However, this CD does not contain Plastic Rose but does have the bonus tracks: "Denim Jacket", "Visions", "Don't Wanna Know" and "Cold". CD comes to a sudden halt before Levine finishes singing Cold. Hmmmm...
Good album
Love the album. Brought it for my husband for his birthday. One issue though, one song keeps jumping every time at the same time which is annoying. I had brought it ages ago so didn’t think I could return.

Durchwachsenes Album
Nicht mehr der Stil der Jahre zuvor, dennoch sind ein paar unheimlich tanzbare Songs mit dabei. Einzig ein Lied auf dem Album gefällt mir nicht (Closure). Das liegt an meinem Gechmack und dass mir das Gitarrensolo am Ende einfach viel zu lang und zu eintönig ist. Dank Bolo konnte ich die Musik gleich runterladen und meine CD war einen Tag später in der Post und hat mir somit mein Wochenende gerettet.
