It’s hard to say how much of a difference it’s made since I’m also on LDN, which has really helped me—so I can’t give full credit to the fish oil alone. That said, I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste (a big win for me), and it seems like a high-quality product with solid EPA and DHA levels.The only downside is the size of the capsules—they’re quite big, which might be a bit challenging for some to swallow. But otherwise, it’s a great value, especially with the 2-month supply in the resealable pouch.Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean, high-strength omega-3 supplement.

Perfect amount for my fish oil supplement! Coated tablets whilst a little big, go down easy with a sip of water due to the coat. Good price and quality.

2nd day of taking it. The first day I was able to swallow 4 without taking any water, it was really difficult.The next day... I took water and it was very easy. Uhmm, obviously it is too early to say that it is having an effect on me, but for now I can say with confidence it did not bother my stomach. I take 4 each day and it does not provoque me diarhea, or vomit, or hurts my stomach. I reccomend it as it is the cheapest and more reliable version that there is. Until nutrition geek publish theirs.

After the infection was treated with antibiotics (doxycycline), I found myself dealing with severe dry eye symptoms. I tried various treatments, including eye drops, but they didn't provide the relief I was hoping for and seemed to cause further irritation.In June or July 2024, I discovered Lumecare wipes (pack of x20 daily eyelid hygiene) from my optician, and I found Zipvit Omega 3 Oil Super Strength 2000mg on my own. I can't express how much these treatments have changed my situation. The wipes helped with eyelid hygiene, reducing irritation, while the omega-3 supplements supported tear production and overall eye health.I eventually stopped using eye drops altogether, which I believe has played a crucial role in my healing process. By allowing my tear film to stabilize naturally, my eyes have begun to function more normally without the reliance on artificial tears.To sum up, I continuously use the wipes once per day and take one omega oil capsule every 12 hours.I want to encourage anyone who is facing similar issues to consider these treatments.
