I take them with food just as described and my doctor told me not to take after caffeine(tea) and followed her advice but they seem to digest fine.Overall, they’re affordable, effective, and do what they’re supposed to. Due to surgery, a stay in hospital and then not getting out as much as usual for a while, blood tests showed that my Vitamin D count was low. I was prescribed two a week mega doseage Vitamin D3 tablets for 3 weeks, and my D count returned to normal.I've been taking one a day of this supplement since then, and recent blood tests showed my D count was normal.Fewer aches and pains, too👍.Price is excellent as you get 3 months supply. Small, tasteless, white tablets that are easy to swallow and they're easy to pop out of the bubble pack.

Best price and quantity. I have checked many stores where I live, they do not sell such a high dose and for this price and quantity. In the UK vitamin D is essential especially for people of colour.Small sized pills which are really easy to swallow. Leaves no taste before and after swallowing. It definitely makes me less dizzy, get less headaches, feel energised and go to the toilet more often (aiding bowel movement)I can also see a improvement in my hair, I lose a lot less hair in the winter especially and have more baby hairs growing
