Looks great in the room. My apartment is only heated by electric wall heaters which are very expensive to run, so hoping this heater will cost a lot less. Now looking forward to a cosy winter!

Brilliant fire, some easy assembly required, looks like a real fire and gives off alot of heat,We didn't want the hassle of a log burner so this was the next best thing, very pleased indeed.

The paint has begun to flake off on the top of the heating vent after about 3 weeks, which is disappointing as otherwise we have been happy with it. Its neat, attractive and throws out a good amount of heat.I wouldnt say dont buy it but just be aware it might need some attention to keep it looking smart.

I've had portable gas fires nearly all my life....grew up with them as back then N0 heating at allI did buy one from BnQ cheap n made very poorly, got returnedSo I treated us to this one, it's easy to set up, easy to leak test, easy to set logs up, came very fast, I've plenty of gas bottles so that wasn't a problem, had it going within half hour, looks so much better than my old one (20yrs old) still works great tho 👍Highly recommended this fire it's well made, strong, easy to set up, easy to use

The heater was great until today when all of a sudden it made a poof noise and went out.Ah, I thought, I need another gas cylinder.Except on removing, the cylinder still has a little gas in there. But no, not light.I go to get a new cylinder, install and... it still won't stay alight. The pilot light lights with a spark but then goes out immediately... to light again with a spark.So, it has failed!After one month I expected better, especially as I had to wait ten days before finally finding somebody who would actually sell me a cylinder.
