I have always been a fan of OralB toothpastes but last year I had some gum issues and tried a Sensodyne product thta seemed to work quite well, so when my wife started to complain of very sensitive back teeth while eating Ice cream I thought I would give this a try. She said that it was very effective almost immediately and true to her word, within a few days was again able to eat ice cream without any noticeable sensitivity my review, therefore, is purely based on my wife's reaction to the toothpaste, however, I have tried it myself too as a regular past, and find it very pleasant to use, leaving a nice taste in my mouth afterwards.

This is the best toothpaste I’ve used for sensitivity. I felt relief after just one use and within days I could enjoy cold drinks again without pain. It tastes pleasant, is gentle on enamel, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. Cheaper on Bolo than in supermarkets. 100% would I recommend!

I’ve tried, honestly. I gave Sensodyne Rapid Relief a fair shot. I brushed like I meant it. I followed the instructions like I was training for the Tooth Olympics. I even resisted the urge to judge it by its overly earnest name—“Rapid Relief”? Alright then, Speedy Gonzales. Let’s see what you’ve got.Round 1: The Minty SituationThe first thing that hit me was the mint. Or, more accurately, the absence of it. Sensodyne’s “Original Mint Flavour” tastes like someone left a Tic Tac in a glass of warm water and said, “Voila.” It’s gentle, sure. Maybe too gentle. Like a handshake from someone who’s never lifted a kettle in their life.Colgate, by comparison, smacks you in the face with that glorious fresh kick. It wakes you up, tells you to get your life together, and practically high-fives your molars on the way out. You know you’ve brushed with Colgate. Sensodyne? You sort of feel like you’ve politely introduced your teeth to the idea of brushing and then backed away.Round 2: The Sensitive Teeth SmackdownAlright, I’ll give it this—Sensodyne does work on sensitivity. I’d had a rogue canine that winced at even the mention of ice cream, and after a week of Sensodyne, it had calmed down considerably. Kudos. However—and this is where things get tricky—it felt like the rest of my mouth got left behind in the rescue mission. It soothed the sensitive bits, yes, but didn’t clean quite the same. Excellent did exactly what it said it would do, it relived pain within minutes, I was experiencing pain when eating cold or hot drinks and ice cream, but this hopefully will solve the problem.

Llevo usando desde hace un mes y me a quitado mucho las sensibilidad de los dientes por una limpieza que hice ,añadiendo el enjuage de la misma marca ,y el cepillo también de la misma marca y para dientes sensibles ;
