The specially developed formula promotes the natural healing process of the skin by hydrating the skin, balancing the pH value and maintaining moisture. The skin is hydrated with water and glycerine. Glycerine is a fabric that attracts moisture. Lost cell water is replaced during hydration. The moisture is then trapped on a cell level to prevent its occurrence. The pH value is changed in the leather skin, so that the chemistry receptors activate the production of the body's own effective compounds that promote healing. O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream is suitable for all skin types. Directions for use: Apply O'Keeffe's Working Hands hand cream 2-4 times a day and before sleeping. The hand cream can best unfold its effect during the night. Studies show that the skin temperature increases slightly at night, which makes the moisture easier to penetrate. Light burning is normal for damaged skin. Stop use when skin irritation occurs. what a fantastic product! It is such a good feeling to buy something that actually lives up to all the claims for a change. I was surprised and delighted to find that this stuff really does work. My fingers were forever feeling rough and raw, with a never ending collection of tiny cracks and splits that always open up to become painful and irritating. I used this jollop twice a day for about 10 days ( tiny amounts) and the skin has softened, and the cracking and splitting has gone.....completely. Amazed !!!!It’s a bit sticky at first, but when really well rubbed in, it is perfectly fine and feels good. Given the very small quantity used to solve my hand problems, it is really very good value too. I will certainly buy again with no hesitation, and would heartily recommend to others..........AT LAST, A REALLY TOP QUALITY PRODUCT THAT DOES THE JOB 100% ! I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with this stuff......I’m not surprised that it seems to be so well received by other reviewers. Buy with confidence.

Amazing. I read the reviews which were all positive before purchasing and I can honestly say this stuff really works. As a housekeeper my hands are always wet and cracking. Since using this cream my hands have been perfect. Took a tub to work too and everyone loves it.I suffer with psoriasis and sensitive skin and the cream has been fine.I highly recommend this to anyone.

My hands were rough and dry have paid so much money on different expensive brands I finally have found the hand cream that actually works I have been using once a day in the evening and I saw improvement within 2 days of using I am so happy you only need to apply a bit and it absorbs in your skin not leaving your hands greasy where u have to wait for it to dry 👍🏻

Ich habe die O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Cream über mehrere Wochen genutzt — hier sind meine Eindrücke:✅ Was mir gefällt:Die Creme zieht recht schnell ein und hinterlässt sofort ein spürbar weicheres Hautgefühl — meine Hände fühlten sich nach dem Eincremen deutlich gepflegter an, ohne fettige Rückstände.Besonders nach Tätigkeiten mit Wasser, beim Putzen oder bei Kälte — also wenn meine Hände sonst schnell rau und trocken werden — hat sie sehr gut geholfen: raue Stellen waren reduziert, Hautrisse sind seltener geworden.Der Duft ist sehr dezent bzw. fast neutral („geruchsarm/geruchlos“) — das mag ich, weil ich Cremes nicht gerne mit starkem Parfum nutze.Die Tube mit 90 ml ist handlich und praktisch für Alltag, Arbeitsplatz oder Tasche — ich kann sie bequem mitnehmen und bei Bedarf schnell benutzen.⚠️ Was mir aufgefallen ist oder was man beachten sollte:-Die Pflegewirkung ist spürbar — aber bei sehr trockener oder rissiger Haut reicht sie für mich nur mit regelmäßiger Anwendung; einmal auftragen ist schön, aber nicht immer dauerhaft ausreichend.-Bei sehr stark beanspruchten Händen (z.
