Useful sticker to customers stating that if broken to call them. Small touch and was appreciative.Cord length: Personally found the cord length to be a good length with plenty of ability to move around.Iron quality: This is the best part - iron is mid ranged in terms of price but the iron quality is far superior to previous irons I have had at double the cost. This is an excellent product at this price point and I am absolutely delighted with it. Outstanding.Water capacity: Great water capacity with a large tank. That being said when using the steam function it empties fast compared to other irons I have used. A minor point that shouldn’t take away from the overall quality of the product.Other observations:- Bulkier and a touch heavier than a lot of other irons but this isn’t an issue as it doesn’t make a noticeable difference.- The LED feature with the different settings is a great feature making the product easy to use.Overall: Outstanding product and absolutely would buy again.

This iron is absolutely brilliant. It’s that good I have ordered another one to keep as a spare just in case. I’ve always used Bosch iron but since they ceased to make iron, I have struggled to find a replacement. This iron certainly meets all requirements. Easy to use and lets you know if the iron is too hot for the material you are ironing. Brilliant, would highly recommend.

The iron is lovely, irons really well. The temperature buttons are a little awkward, it's a little far to extend my fingers kind of thankfilnfornthe digital display. The cord length me and nothing as I iron in a designated space. It glides extremely well, my only issue is it's heavy, to the point I could feel muscles in my back being used to support me. The steam output so far was ok used it to it on a few shirts for my holiday.

Great iron, decent weight to it. Cord length is pretty decent. Irons out creases reasonably well. Digital screen makes life a little easier. It's actually better than a more expensive iron that I purchased a while back. I would definitely buy this again, and I would recommend to others

This is the best iron I have ever had. Yes it is a bit heavy, so if you like a light iron or have weak wrists this isn’t the one for you. Yes there are niggles like the dark water container making it a little difficult to see the water level and the small filling hole, but the results you get are superb. It makes ironing so much easier.I like the digital heat control. I do practically all my load on the cotton setting, just reducing the heat for delicates. Love that you only need to fill the water once yet get good steam. Cord length is ok for me.Very pleased with this purchase.

Better than a Rowenta

I’m a professional costume maker, so I use an iron multiple times a day, this iron is better than a Rowenta & a much better price too.I like the weight, it’s perfect for my needs, heavy enough for even stubborn fabrics, but not so heavy that it tires you out.There’s a beep that lets you know it’s heated to the temp you selected & it heats really quickly.Auto on off is a must, & this has it, also with a beep when it’s shutting off.The plate is smooth heats evenly.The spray works great & the blast of steam function is intense & the best of any iron I’ve ever owned.Trying hard to find something that makes this iron too good to be true. Can only think of 2 minor things-1st, & this would not be a problem for someone using this in a non-commercial way, if you’ve been ironing continuously for a long time, it pauses. It beeps, & the screen turns red to let you know it’s getting ready to shut off because it’s sensing the iron has tipped over. I iron yards & yards of fabric all at once, so all I do is upright the iron for a split second then continue on.2nd, the water level is a wee bit hard to read, but once you get used to it, it’s no problem at all.I highly recommend this iron & when I need another, I’m buying this model & brand again

UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:After writing the review, when I plugged it the following day it ironed for 20-25 seconds and it turned off. I pressed the button and turned it on and after 25-35 seconds it turned off. This happened several times, regarding of the setting I chose. I changed electrical outlets but it did not turn on.I checked on Bolo and followed the suggested trouble shooting. It did not work.I used the Chat section and an assistant asked me a few questions, and them gave me two options, 1) return the iron and be reimbursed or 2) he could put me in contact with the seller. I chose the latter.I followed the link and the seller replied later the same day! After answering some questions he suggested that the iron was defective and will send a replacement. I did not need to return the defective iron.Two days later I received the new iron!!I must say that both assistants were courteous, helpful, polite and kept apologizing for the inconvenience.Frankly, I never thought that it would be that easy. I really was impressed with both assistants.I tried it today and it seems to be working fine. I am getting used to the weight and as I said in my previous review, it does iron really nicely. I do recommend it, even if you have to returned it, as it was such a pleasure! :)Received on March 29,2023 so I used it a couple of times. It irons nicely but I find that1) is heavy2) it does not glide as easy like any of my previous ironsBecause of the above, I personally find it that I have to make tea effort to finish ironing.There were no leaflets/brochure inside box. No instructions on how to use it ( usually in English and French), warranty information, etc.Was this an used unit that was returned? Was there a plastic film on the plate that I did not see and that is the reason why it does not glide well? (I do not think so, if there was, it has melted really well because I cannot see anything!}I would really like if someone has any answers to my questions.Otherwise, it irons well, but if I knew how heavy it is and that I have to “push” a bit when using I wouldn’t have bought it (again, maybe it is heavy for me and other people may find it ok. I am comparing to my previous Rowena Pro Master and T-Fal Proglide Pro, both broken!😔)
