I normally use Body Shop directly but was in a rush for delivery. I've read some bad reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad, knowing Body Shop products. This though doesn't look to me like a Body Shop product. Firstly, smells awful. You can smell some of the nice satsuma scent but it's mixed with something else and altogether it makes it unusable. Secondly, the texture is different, it's more creamy and runny than any body butter I've had from Body shop. And lastly, the packaging looks like cheap, thin plastic, also different to what I'm used to. Do not buy this, mine are going in the bin. I got one for a friend but would be embarrassed to give it to someone.

I like this item as it smells great and makes my skin soft and it's nor tested on animals which is a plus for me. Good quality item.

These body butters can be expensive but if you catch it right you can grab a bargain. Body shops body butters are the only brand ill wear, my skin feels soft and the smell like of the body butters are unreal, grapefruit is my favourite!!

It is always disappointing when a product doesn't live up to its expectations. I should have read other reviews first. I see that there are some 5 stars but mine is a2 star and I have been as truthful on my findings.The texture of the body butter is good but the smell, one of the deciding factors why I bought it, is off.I would not buy this again but suppose I can use it for a foot or hand cream if the smell fades into the background!Bolo, please don't sell. You will get other disappointed customers.Incidentally, I could not get a refund from Bolo unless I returned it and they would send a replacement. I did not want a replacement so I did not go ahead. A waste of money, but once bitten, twice shy!
