Package says add water and it will turn back to liquid and flush down the toilet. We used it in our garden and I used the garden hose to wash it away. It was a nightmare. It blocked the drain outside and does not go back to liquid form. Do not flush this down your toilet as it suggests. It is a nightmare to dispose. It stays as a thick gulpy sludge and will block drains ,I dumped it in the bin. Took an hour to clean it from my kitchen when we moved it inside. Very hard to clean up as it just sticks to everything. Really not worth the mess it makes
