It said, one could hear through the stethoscope but that's not true. Over all its relatively good value for money. It can be a bit too tight when inserted in the ears, perhaps losses it before handing utterly over to a child.

cheap stethoscope. I only purchased for fancy dress so perfect for what I wanted. its ok i guess but not the best quality, you get what u pay for and this was dirt cheap. would recommend if its just for show or taking a random bp but not if you are a medical professional wanting to use professionally don't think it would hack the pace.

For role play ( child or adult) these stethoscopes are very effective -they can be used by medical professionals for all purposes as a basic tool ( lungs/heart/bowels- can turn the head- to the Bell/diaphram sides - Not as effective as a Steadman but a basic one never the less and very effective for Blood Pressure when take manually)

I bought this while pregnant so my husband can hear the heartbeat when he wants but I struggle to hear even our own heartbeats with it. He can often hear the heartbeat by resting his ear on my tummy so we know we're looking in the right place. Don't fall into the trap because it's cheap if you want to use it to hear stuff!
