Directions
1. Soak feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften skin. 2. Dry feet thoroughly before use. 3. Use the file to gently scrape hard skin and calluses, following the contour of your feet. 4. Rinse the file under running water after use and disinfect it before storing. 5. Replace the disposable grit strips regularly for optimal results.

This is very comfortable to hold. The best feature is being able to change the pads (although I haven't had to yet). They last a long while so you don't have to keep changing them. Coarseness of the pads is well balanced from the rough to the smoother.Highly recommend *****
