I have taken a few gut bacterias now and this is amazing, i feel a difference after 5 days, less fatigue and more predictable toilet journeys. I feel confident to go out for long now. Initial use makes your stomach abit grizzly, but thats just it getting used to this new bacteria

I have to say that I wasn't holding out much hope for these, but they are fairly effective. A few months ago I made the switch to a healthier diet, trying to increase my intake of vegetables and fresh foods, legumes etc. Almost from the go I experienced GI issues. I thought that they might simply go away as my body adjusted to the higher fibre and to the increased amount of legumes etc, but it didn't happen.I tried various probiotic drinks, as well as natural pre-/pro-biotic foods and drinks such as kimchi and kombucha as well as Rennie tablets and nothing helped - most of them simply made the problem worse if anything.However these tablets seemed to simply work right away, from day one, within hours. It didn't even seem to need some time to adjust my gut biome, but got to work right away.There's no denying these are very expensive, perhaps unreasonably so, but I can confirm that they are definitely effective - I am now using the 'Nature's Aid' brand (also from Bolo) simply because I find them equally as effective but a lot cheaper.

I've been using Zenwise Digestive Enzymes Probiotics for a few months now, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. I initially purchased them before a trip to Bali this past summer. I was concerned about getting "Bali belly" and wanted to take preventative measures. Let me tell you, these probiotics were a lifesaver!Taking one every morning allowed me to enjoy all kinds of local cuisine without any worries. I had a fantastic trip without experiencing any digestive issues whatsoever. This was a huge relief as I was able to fully immerse myself in the food culture without the fear of getting sick.Beyond my trip, I've continued to take Zenwise Digestive Enzymes Probiotics whenever I know I'll be eating something that might upset my stomach or be difficult to digest. It makes a noticeable difference. It really helps to ease digestion and prevent any discomfort.Overall, I highly recommend Zenwise Digestive Enzymes Probiotics. They're effective, easy to take and have made a significant positive impact on my digestive health, especially during travel and when eating richer foods.

Please think twice before ordering these! The reviews all seem amazing but they had some really weird side effects. The main dislike for me was the dramatic impact on my mental health. I’m quite a happy person naturally but these tablets had me feeling almost depressed. I noticed an immediate difference once I stopped taking them.I don’t know which ingredient it is that has this effect but please be aware that this is a possibility, it’s really not worth it, they don’t do enough to warrant feeling like crap. They also make you fart endlessly and they’re not pretty and the tablets are pretty huge.It seemed to help a little with bloating but I also reduced my carbs which would have been a contributing factor so all in all the negatives far outweigh any positives, totally not worth it. Just reduce your carbs a little and do some yoga instead.

For someone who struggles with bloating for years this is a game changer.I recently had to cut out gluten from my diet and have been struggling with the long term effects of eating it for many years. Basically I have been searching to find something to heal a leaky gut and this helps along with other healthy eating habits.

I have been suffering from Diverticulitis for almost 2 years now. I incorporated these probiotics into my diet to help fight off flares. Since taking them, I have had very few flare ups. They help with digestion in general. Very pleased.

No me gusta que tengan celulasa, creo que con eso la fibra dietética se transforma en digerible y es un azúcar más al cuerpo, lo cual hasta ahorita es nuestra ventaja como humanos, pero no se aclara la dosis, tal vez es con otros fines porque me ha ido muy bien con este producto.

Great to find this product. I finished my first bottle and ordered a second. Like others noted, I also noticed the missing "DE111" due to what looks like a change in manufacturer. I emailed them and am waiting for a response.
