For Christmas I was given a supposedly wonderful 'super badger' shaving brush that cost over £70. It seemed great and then after a month it started shedding hair profusely. I took it back and got a replacement. A month later the same thing happened and I got another replacement. A month later it started again, so I thought that I would try a much cheaper option, and so got the Anbbas one. A week in it has not started shedding at all - but I will report back if it does. It is slightly stiffer than my previous brush, but not unpleasantly so. It lathers exceptionally well. So, so far, I am very pleased with it, and it costs 14% of the so-called high end one.

An amazing shaving brush. Soft Badger hair and feels just great on the skin,Very pleased with my purchase but I wasn’t holding out much hope. It’s nice to be proved wrong.Heartily recommend this shaving brush, couldn’t be more pleased

Wow what a bargain! I paid a lot more money for a lot less than this brush with previous buys. For a quality shaving brush that after 6 months has not shed a single hair, thats what I'm talking about! I paid over £20 previously for a pretty silver-tipped Badger hair brush, which was lovely and soft, but after a few months only, it started regularly shedding hairs. This new brush, whilst coarser and less soft to the skin initially, does an excellent job of making a lather and spreading it. It shakes dry after rinsing and has entirely retained its shape. So finally I have found the perfect shaving brush, which is now a little softer, with use and is faultless. Buy with confidence Bolo users!

The badger hair is not as soft as I believe it should be. My old one, now almost hairless, was far superior. Maybe chinrde badgers are different!
