High quality pipe and very well packaged in presentation box. Unique design allows it to stand up right when you put it down on a surface and the hole sits right on top when standing. Allows for easy loading.Hole way too big, much vapour is lost.Glass way too thick, takes a lot to heat up and what seems like an eternity to cool down. Rolling over a wet cloth to cool it, it hisses for a good 10 seconds before it cools enough for contents to set. Even then it won’t cool down fully and you can burn yourself if not careful.Wanted big but this is too big! Very hard to roll product as there is so much weight unevenly distributed.Very airy when toking.Basically excellent quality and nice unique design but not very suitable if you want to use it like me.

The product looks and feels good. However upon opening after delivery I noticed there was a slight crack on the hole, of the oil pipe head. Slighty annoyed as it took a few days to arrive now the hassle of returning and requesting a replacement.

I wanted a big pipe and this is certainly big but I find it a bit clunky to handle and due to its thickness it takes longer to heat up properly and cool down.Also it leaves a lot of surface to clean.

The glass broke in my moutxh i havs a sliced up tounge. Horrible i had to puf blutack around it.My moutch is cut up. I want a refund .
