This set was a great find!! My son has found the pieces to be great quality and he has to focus on the task when he is building. I really like the fact he has to focus and it’s great at developing his dexterity. He has lots of fun and the kit is really versatile as there’s a range of parts. Great alternative to Lego.

good for kids imagination , constructing various models , but not enough long pieces , box is way to big for small amount in bottom ?, pricey for what it is ?, but i suppose you pay for the brand , all in all disapointed ..

I was looking for something to gift to my stepson that would encourage him to use his imagination and be creative. I remembered I had Knex as a kid myself and it was so fun to use, and I could be as creative as I wanted. Plus all the pieces come in a great quality box for storage.

If you are looking to buy this box so that you can relive the fun that you enjoyed with K'nex when you were younger, I wouldn't bother. We bought this for our grandson's birthday and took a sneak preview inside the box before wrapping it up for him. What a disappointment! The attached pictures show just how pathetic the 3 small bags of K'nex pieces look in the bottom of the box, which is mainly full of fresh air. The majority of the pieces are micro sized, with very few full-sized bars or connectors, despite the Bolo description which states: '417 classic pieces'. I thought the package was suspiciously light when I took delivery and now I know why. In addition, of the '50 building ideas to choose from' only 12 of these are included in the instruction pamphlet. For £30 I expected a lot better but it looks like the curse of shrinkflation has got to K'nex too. What a shame.

Huge box, three tiny bags, one of which is mini so can’t be used with the rest (useless)! Disappointed as bought this for Father’s Day to keep them all occupied and there’s barely any pieces.

This set is great for kids to use their imagination. Easy to follow instructions and really good quality.

Trodde det var ett skämt när jag öppnade lådan som är så stor. Där inuti ligger två påsar, en med normalstora knex och en med pyttesmå. Står ingenstans att det är två olika storlekar i paketet, då hade jag köpt ett annat.
