Great looking bass guitar with a simple set up and easy playability for a beginner to learn. Not so lightweight however but no electric guitar/bass ever is! No heavier than expected. Short scale is perfect if, like me, you have a short reach or smaller hands. Or even if you just want an instrument that is easier to manage the fret board.Word of warning: this doesn’t come with a lead so you will need to buy one separately or get yourself a mini plug in amp like a VOX(I use VOX headphones instead which allows me to listen to backing tracks and play silently so as not to annoy anyone else with my awful playing! 😂) Overall, it’s a great instrument for a beginner and beyond.

I hadn't picked up a bass in over a decade and kind of missed it, but I didn't really have the space in my "cave" to swing a full sized one around so I went for this instead. I wasn't sure if a smaller one would be quite the same, but I needn't have worried; sounds great, feels great, and it saves my aging shoulders from carrying too much weight!

I ordered the "Weathered Black" finish which turns out to be a Matte Black body, Maple Neck, the Fretboard, is much darker than rosewood almost black in colour. All the harware is black. It arrived undamaged and was well set-up out of the box. The neck's smooth, the frets are good (they dont cut into the hand) plugging into a practice amp there was no hum coming from the speaker, the pots do what they're supposed to do, the electronics work, what more can I say, it's a great little short scale bass, much lighter than a full size, perfect for a student, and it doesn't cost the earth.

Sono un bassista alle prime armi. Avevo bisogno di un basso trasportabile. Questo ha le dimensioni simili se non più piccole di una chitarra elettrica. Estetica fantastica ma ovviamente cosa altamente soggettiva. Avrei messo un confezione qualche accessorio in più. Comunque soddisfazione massima!

Schöner kleiner Spaßbass mit erwachsenem Sound. Bass ist sehr leicht und lässt sich gut über längere Zeit im Stehen spielen.Wegen der sehr kurzen Mensur empfiehlt es sich, die speziellen von Ibanez angebotenen Saiten gleich mitzubestellen.Ich kann das Instrument uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Diseño precioso, tacto y sonido de mucha calidad. A este precio no se puede pedir más. El bajo es un poco mas pequeño de tamaño pero esto de la un toque genial.
