I was sceptical that these would arrive intact, but they did! Not even one broken, they were all perfect.They tasted fine, very similar to other short crust pastries you can buy in supermarkets. They were a tad paler than I'd have liked, so I stuck them in the oven for 2 min and they went light golden brown, ready to fill.
