Although this product comes at a high price I would highly recommend it to anyone who just needs to relax from a busy day at work. It comes with 10 essential oils and two food supplements. The kit also includes a lovely instruction manual on all the oils offered by doTERRA and what they could be used for. I live in Germany and mine came in German so be ware of that if you order it for another residence country than UK. I personally wanted to use mine for an Aroma diffuser and just 2-3 drops are enough for a strong smell in just 100ml of water, so 5ml is more than enough to last you for a long time.

I still cannot make out whether Doterra is the biggest marketing scam or a decent company. A friend introduced me to them (as apparently is the norm) and none of the oils on sample smelled nice in my opinion. The blends where simply foul. But I decided to give it a go and become a member. After forking out some serious money for the family kit I feel I have been let down. The kit comes beautifully packaged and elegantly presented, accompanied by a book on all the Doterra offerings. I dabbed some lavander oil on my wrists, it smelled nasty, after a few minutes it was gone. I tried it in the diffuser. Nothing. I tried the lemon... same result... no result...smell lasted about 10 minutes. I dabbed it on my wrist...gone in a flash.Now, maybe I’m missing the point but: surely the point of essential oils is the aromatherapy effect.. the fragrance that hits the olfactory nerves to produce the beneficial effects. My olfactory nerves were left rather asleep and not titillated in any way. For the price you pay I expected fireworks. But maybe a membership to a cult is what I paid for after all.
