They are not light but I walk them to where I need them. They feel really safe and the rails are great. These were the cheapest I could find in this style

This is a good product made of steel rather than a more expensive aluminium ladder. I like the safety rail which has to be bolted on with the supplied bolts. This is the only assembly required. The steps are wide with a rubber pad so making your feet less likely to slip. My only slight negative is the ladder is quite heavy and a little wobbly. I wouldn't try to lean over too much when on the top step. It's not the most stable of ladders but take care and there shouldn't be a problem. The ladder easily folds flat so shouldn't take up too much room during storage.

A very sturdy step ladder. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit the side bars as the holes do not line up for the screws. Able to use without though but they were more expensive than others on Bolo without sidebars.

Found these to be sturdy, a good height - can reach the ceiling on them easily, and they are not too heavy. I particularly like the 'handle bar' - much safer when standing on the top step.

The design of these stepladders with its top handrail is good. The materials are sturdy without being too heavy. The treads are deep and their rubber surface is securely attached. The locking mechanisms are simple to operate.But:1. I struggled for half an hour to attach the top handrail to the steps. The handrail tubes should slip over the receiving tubes in the steps, and then be locked into place by a spring-operated lug. In my case, the handrail fitted easily over one receiving tube (left or right, it did not matter), but then would not fit over the other. The handrail was slightly- a few millimetres- too wide for the gap between the receiving tubes, and when fitted over one, was too sharply angled to fit over the other. I am reasonably strong and was able to bend the rail enough to fit it, but someone with less upper body strength might well give up.2. The side handrails do not come attached. If one wants to attach them (I don't) one needs four 45mm length bolts and nuts to fit through pre-drilled holes in the frame and rail. These were not supplied. They are readily available, but should have been supplied.It's a good product, but my particular purchase should have been rejected by quality control.

Auf der Suche nach einer Leiter mit seitlichen Bügeln, bin ich auf diese Leiter gestoßen. Auf den ersten Blick schien mir diese Leiter für den Zweck, der sicheren Erreichbarkeit der oberen Schränke, für meine ungeübte Frau, ideal. Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt in einem eher unansehnlichem neutralem Karton. Nach dem auspacken mußten noch der obere und die beiden seitlichen Bügel montiert werden. Die Paßform war nicht besonders gut aber passte unter Druck. Das beigelieferte Werkzeug war ein Traum, nämlich nicht vorhanden. Die ersten Schritte auf der Leiter verhießen nichts gutes. Die Kunststoffbuchsen zwischen Trittstufe und Holm sind zu weich, so das sich die Leiter permanent verwindet. Für einen geübten Leitergänger kein Problem, aber für eine ungeübte Person, die sich auf der Leiter sicher fühlen muß, absolut unbrauchbar. Da nutzen auch die seitlichen Bügel nichts, die bei seitlichem Druck, die gesamte Leiter verdrehen.Wer also eine Leiter sucht, auf der man sich Sicher fühlen kann, sollte diese Leiter nicht kaufen.ps. Den Rückversand an Gifts4Gardens habe ich unterlassen, da die Rücksendekosten nach GB fast den Materialwert übersteigen. Die Leiter geht auf den nächsten Sperrmüll.

Leiter instabil

Leiter ist für Senioren nicht geeignet. Wackelig und instabil. Retour sollte 20€ kosten. Absolutes No Go! Kein Werkzeug vorhanden, damit kann man leben, da eh meist untauglich. Leiter liegt verpackt im Keller und eignet sich eher für den Sperrmüll!
