I have found these have really helped with my weight loss. I take two, with water, Half an hour before my lunch and two Half an hour before my dinner.By the time I come to eat they have expanded within my stomach, so I am not quite so hungry and I don’t over eat.Also, the ‘bulking’ effect means I have a really good bowel movements. Not constipated and not too loose… Perfect!By following a low carb/low sugar diet I have been able to lose 12 kg over the last12 weeks. I want to lose another 8 kg, so I have just ordered three more bottles 😂Highly recommended.(Some reviewers say they are difficult to swallow, which I can’t understand. I swallow two at the time time time with water, and there is definitely no ‘gagging’ effect. Maybe those who have problems need a more active social life 😜 )

I’ve used these for years without complaint - a really easy way to get extra fibre. Recently though they seem to have changed something - the pills are less compressed, which makes them break up easier when swallowing, which isn’t pleasant.I’ve also now had two packs which are well within date, fully sealed, yet on opening are musty and breaking up - this isn’t pleasant.Will complete my current bottles but then consider options as don’t seem as good as they used to be.

I've been taking these for well over a decade now, they 100% work and make things easier if you can struggle like me. Only drawback is dosage is 6 pills, not an issue for me. But work mentioning.

This is my second purchase of these fibre tablets..They work for me and i will be buying more when required...Just on the err of caution, some jars are listed as 100 tablets and some are 200 so be careful when choosing to buy as the jars look the same....

I bought these for the fibre rather than as a diet aid, for which they are useless. Eat a carrot instead.

Bought these many times and a lot cheaper than the capsule brand I buy from Holland & Barrett and works just as well in my opinion.
