So remembering that I decided to buy this soap instead to wash my face with it every day as I was looking for a new face wash in my routine anyway. I’ve tried a lot of different face washes most of which don’t do anything for me and usually break me out further but this one is the best I’ve ever tried. I started noticing results literally by the second morning and every morning since my skin’s been looking clearer and clearer. It’s been about a week and my breakout is not only completely gone but my skin looks better than it did beforehand.Like any soap when you apply it you have to leave it on the skin at least 30 seconds for it to have time to sink into the skin and work. I’m not too fond of the strong soapy smell or the fact it comes in bar form, but it’s very simply just salicylic acid in soap and nothing else which is why I decided on this one. And the fact that it works so wonderfully far outweighs that minor issue in my opinion.It doesn’t have any exfoliating beads really so I wouldn’t buy it for that purpose, it doesn’t feel gritty in that sense, it just feels very smooth and soapy. Though the salicylic acid itself as a beta hydroxy acid is actually an exfoliating agent so it could be said it has exfoliating properties whilst not outright exfoliating. My skin definitely looks and feels so smooth from using this and I can almost imagine it makes me look younger lol! It is also not drying at all, it actually seems like my skin can better express its own natural oils without clogging my pores, making my skin appear more naturally radiant.All in all I was very excited to come and review this because it’s just worked so brilliantly so quickly. This will be a staple now in my face care routine, I imagine long term use would be amazing for my skin! I highly recommend trying this for acne prone skin!

I first purchased this bar of soap in January 2021 and I'm only just now repurchasing to replace the little bit i have left!!This bar sits in its little holder on my shower wall were it is used everytime my Daughter and I shower.We rub the soap bar between our hands with water to produce a foam then rub that on our faces and neck.My Daughter also uses the wet bar just held in her hand to rub onto her upper arms and shoulders if she has a teenage spot flare up. Shes seen a big improvement in her skin, wich makes her use it every shower.This soap stops our skin looking dull and is mild enough not to make my Daughters teenage skin over produce oil.Since she's started to use it every time she showers her skin as cleared up her teenage spots.Even her friends have noticed how good her skin is.What is more its quick and simple to use.On menaporsal skin it feels tight after rinsing but not soo much as to make me want to smother my face in moisteriser after.It's just that squeeky clean feeling straight after use then you're left with a bright healthy even look to your skin.Bargin price for its longevity

...and the only soap that hasn't irritated my very sensitive skin (aside from Pears) however the black exfoliating grit is way too big, hard and sore to use directly onto my skin, I end up soaping up my hands and putting the foam over my body that way.The soap itself is SO good though, I persevere with the exfoliant - please, please, please make a soap without the exfoliant - PLEASE.I bought this soup on a whim as I suffer badly from hidradenitis suppurativa on sensitive areas of my body and this is the only product that has made a patch on clearing it up plus I've had minimal breakouts since using it.I use it all over my body now as the soap leaves a very soft, clean feeling leaving a subtle 'just washed' scent - a bit similar to the pink carbolic soap of school years but I quite like that. Unlike most soaps that can leave skin feeling really squeaky or dry, this leaves skin silky soft.Highly recommended!

I bought the Revitale Salicylic Acid Scrub Soap for my partner’s ingrown beard hairs and later tried it on my legs for curly hair-related ingrown hairs. While it didn’t drastically improve the appearance of ingrown hairs, it did leave my skin softer. The apricot kernel exfoliates gently, making it suitable for sensitive skin.Pros:• Mild, pleasant scent.• Moisturizing and exfoliating.• Gentle on sensitive skin.• Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth.Cons:• Doesn’t significantly improve the appearance of ingrown hairs.• Exfoliating apricot kernels might be too abrasive for some.

I suffer with spots all over. This bar quickly cleared up my bacne, and shrinks the spots on my face very quickly. Personally I find this soap a little drying, but a spot of moisturiser solves that. Well worth it.

I recently purchased this soap after reading other people's reviews and wanting an exfoliating soap to use daily, this will not disappoint! It has a lovely aroma to the soap that isn't too empowering. It has small black beads embedded in the soap to exfoliate the skin without being too abrasive and not taking the natural moisture out of your skin. I Don't have skin that is prone to breakouts but my skin feels beautifully smooth and clean after each wash. I use this soap each night on my face and follow it with a heavy moisturiser overnight and a light moisturiser in the morning. Already I have seen a difference within my complexion and would highly recommend. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I used an african net spong after applying the soap and I could feel the difference within seconds. I have oily skin and it helps me alot

Cleared up my Maskne!

I wish I’d taken a before photo so I could show you the after. I have to wear a face mask around 9 hours a day and it’s hard to control the breakouts. This has been FANTASTIC! I’ve been using it as my second cleanse. It does leave my skin feeling tight, so I’m sure to replace the hydration I’ve stripped away. My chin was covered in all stages of breakouts and this has cleared them all up, except a couple of really nasty ones that are almost gone, and I’ve had no new breakouts.Amazing - I’ll definitely purchase again.
