Cannot recommend this enough!!!!

Honestly I cannot recommend this product enough!!! If you need more fibre in your diet or you're constipated this will be your best friend.I immediately noticed a difference within a day or two, I'm going to the bathroom so much now it's actually a bit annoying but in a good way. Without getting into too much detail things are definitely 'running smoother' in the bathroom, I don't take nearly as long, things pass muuuch easier with barely any effort on my part which is a far cry from how it was before. I barely use any tissue now whereas before things were alot more 'difficult' for lack of a better word.This stuff is actually faaaaaaar superior than actual laxatives as not only did the laxative I took take longer to work (I took some lactulose I got from a local pharmacy in a supermarket) it didn't really improve my bowel movements at all whereas this done all of that and more in the space of a day 🙂.As abit of a disclaimer though I pretty much ignored the packaging which says take one teaspoon a day, I take about 45 grams worth which works out to about 38-39 grams of fibre (I'm an adult male for reference) which I split up into four 'doses'. I take about 23 grams of psyllium husk in the morning which I slipt up into 2 portions with half a glass of water to wash down each portion and then I do the so same thing at night/evening time whilst also making sure that I drink as much water as I can throughout the day which does make a noticeable difference.Days I don't drink as much water I tend to have less bowel movements maybe 1 or 2 where as when I drink a good amount it's anywhere from 3 times a day to as much as 5 times in a 24 hour period which can be awkward when balancing work but hey health is wealth as they say.This stuff pretty much acts as a replacement for my fibre on most days, I don't know if taking less will have a weaker effect or the same effect as I haven't tried it lower amounts.This also means that if you're using this as an actual fibre replacement like me rather than just using it as something to supplement your fibre intake you'll be purchasing this stuff more often which can get expensive (if you look at the photos I've attached I've almost finished my first batch and it's only been a week exactly since I first bought it.)I haven't really noticed any negative effects from significantly exceeding the amount the package recommends which I suppose makes sense since it is a natural product harvested from plants, it would be a bit like saying your overdosing on chia seeds, which is obviously impossible.A bit of a long review but I really just want to make sure that I got everything I wanted to say out of my system (see what I did there 😉) and give people a detailed comprehensive review so that they know what to expect.Good luck and may your trips to the bathroom be smooth sailing!!

The quality of this psyllium husk is top-notch. It's 99% pure and you can really tell the difference compared to other brands. The natural fiber content is excellent for digestive health, and it mixes well with water or juice without clumping up. The 500 g size is also a good value for the price, lasting quite a while even with daily use.However, the packaging could use some improvement. A resealable bag would be more convenient than the current packaging. Also, the powder can be a bit messy when scooping it out, so a scoop included in the package would be helpful. Lastly, the taste is quite bland, which is expected but still worth mentioning for those who might be sensitive to it.

I'm reasonably convinced this is a magic bag of psyllium. I've been taking a heaped teaspoon every day since I bought it and it just doesn't seem to be going down. I've even accidentally dropped the bag, scattering a large portion of it's contents all over my kitchen yet still the bag seems mostly full. This stuff lasts for ages, honestly I've been using it since Christmas and I still have an absolute ton left.I use it in an attempt to keep myself regular because I found the specific drink-mix-fiber-stuff doesn't really work for me, at all. This does not dissolve in liquid at all so it's not the most desirable texture (think crunchy biscuit crumbs in tea) but it actually seems to work really well for me and I can cope with the texture. There's no taste at all. I take a heaped tsp of this in a glass of water every evening before supper and find this does 2 things, 1) helps keep my digestive system in order and 2) helps me feel fuller without making an absolute glutton of myself.I'll definitely repurchase if the magic bag ever runs out.

I put a flat tablespoon (not heaped) into a glass of water (about 400ml), stir and swig it down. I do that just after my breakfast and just after my dinner.There is no taste so it's just like drinking water but with "bits" in it. Then I put some more water in the glass to get all the residue and swig that down too. I also drink a lot throughout the day.Works perfectly. None of the irritation and none of the calories from sugar and salt that you would get with All Bran.It was highly effective and stopping me from feeling hungry and improved frequency from once every 4 days to daily. A very gentle and natural action.Technically speaking it is not a "laxative" either and doesn't create a dependency with long term use. It's just natural fibre with barely any calories. Very good for you. Highly recommended, will keep buying.

Awesome
