The brand I received was NOT Callebaut but another belgian chocolate with similar specs. Seller needs to amend description to say alternative brands may be supplied. First use however has been good, Belgian choc mousse, yummy!

I buy these to make pain au choc aka chocolatines, but usually end up eating them as a snack.Ideal if you want to put on weight quicklythey are also excellent for baking and melt without burning which is what they’re designed to do.Everyone should have a box of these in the cupboard.I don’t understand the negative reviews. If you got a duff box, just speak to customer services and Bolo will give you a refund!

There were more sticks of chocolate than I had expected in the package. The flavour is excellent and this comes as no surprise as I have been using Callebaut's chocolate callets for a long time and the flavour is outstanding, resulting in wonderful baked goods. Very good product.

Great flavour I've eaten far too many out of the pack. Hold up well to the heat of the oven and taste great in the pastries. Bought twice and always arrived on time. Will be back again.

Just what i needed for pain au chocolat and a good snack.Wish i could get a smaller box but still good.Not too sweet or bitter and will last a long time.A bargain for its quantity and quality.

The product itself is fine but perhaps they need to look at their delivery chain, as a large number of the chocolate batons arrived broken in two or more pieces, not great for making pain au chocolate.

Good substitute for French chocolate
I’m a pastry Chef and found these chocolates to be very comparable with the chocolate sticks we used in our French school. There was only one issue. If the box is shaken too much during delivery about 1/3 of box have broken pieces. Still very usable just match them up. Good product
