It's been a week now since starting these and let me give you a few caveats . I have always been quite active, have a generally healthy diet. Reading through the other reviews, i was sceptical about if these would make a difference but they have. I am not saying this is proof but in my experiance they have helped me in the following with real-time experience. The usual suspect with a kid in preschool came in with some virus that everyone in the office got... I had a sniffle for one day and was well again. two other people at the office have just done down with something I'm fine and walking 3+ miles a day with the dogs. I feel like I have more focus and stride on with life. Just advised my parents to order these as i beleive in them so much
