Plug the test strip in, wait for the message, prick your finger and get a good sized drop, apply the tip of the test strip to the edge of the drop of blood, watch the blood flow all the way down the channel, when the sensor bleeps then take it off your finger. Wait 8 seconds and get your result.If you follow the instructions they work every time (I use mu Accucheck Mobile lanecett to get blood) but you really do need to get enough blood to flow all the way down the channel.All ketone teat strips are stupidly overpriced (for the same price I can get 150 glucose test strips). I would test multiple times to learn my limits but I only tested 10 times and then put the tester away. I know how to get into ketosis ( 0.3 or above) but I am someone who prefers to know how to get into a range of ketosis. The company has to think wholesale, if I could get 150 for this price I would be buying boxes as I would test 5 to 6 times a day.
