Mature cheddar taste - you can actually taste the cheese unlike some I have tried. If you are like me (and think a meal is incomplete without cheese) it is worth a go. The sellers have been very helpful too.

Really stinks, bought to make cheesy popcorn but the powder smells like feet - much much worse to what you'd expect from even stinky cheese

well thought I would try this as I was curious, glad I did.I have added it to polenta and that was lovely, also tried it with ground rice and turned out in the style of polenta. mixed it with butter and added to a jacked potatothis is a versatile product requiring more testing for me LOVE IT

Just lovely stuff, transferred to a suitable container with 5mil medicine spoon to deliver very tasty condiment for pasta etc. Will most certainly buy again and can highly recommend.

Bizarrely useful ingredient. I've been making risotto mixture for Christmas presents so I've experimented with various dried ingredients. This is strongly flavoured, and just a spoonful is enough in a dish.

There’s nothing really wrong with this product that I can put my finger on; I think it’s just personal preference. The taste is a little off for me, but probably because I’ve ruined my palate with MSG. So for anyone that wants a nice natural cheese powder, it might work great. No emulsifying salts though, so it doesn’t mix brilliantly.

I bought this for use on popcorn mainly and the taste is quite odd. It has an initial sharp sour taste and the after taste is almost a smoky taste (for lack of better way to describe it). I was hoping for more of a cheddar flavour.
