Although this product is quite expensive, it is the best mouth wash that I've found today for alleviate my tendency to have a dry mouth at night

Ineffective for autoimmune caused issues
I bought this in hopes of helping with my chronic thrush problem.Unfortunately, the majority of my problem with Thrush stems from having autoimmune diseases and severe, year-round allergies. Those two things essentially make getting rid of thrush impossible for me. This is not the fault of the company, it is simply not conditions their oral care covers.Now, I was not a fan of this mouth wash for two reasons:(1) The taste - too sweet(2) VERY foamyThose things are not for me. Maybe they are for someone else, but not me.
Not a strong flavor.
It did seem to keep our breath fresher longer after flossing and brushing. It's not strong flavored so you miss out on the minty fresh clean feeling but it does work well.
Dry Mouth
Had tried others for dry mouth caused from radiation and Therabreath is the only one that worked for me.
Clumpy like cuddled milk
The unopened bottle I received has "Clumps" in it. It's like consistency of cuddled milk. I don't have the box or a printer to ship it back and the UPS store is a treck for me.... I guess I'm just going to have to deal with this.
