Let's take it in order.First, it arrived in an unmarked post bag, which seemed strange. There was no supporting documentation, nothing. Just the mascara. That seemed odd.And then we used it, both my wife and I. Lord have mercy! Just two coats of the mascara made my wife's lashes SO long that she ended up getting mascara on her glasses! And on her eyebrows! That's how far they reached! Absolutely top-notch. We paid £5 for it, and, honestly, you just can't beat that.Now, my wife's lashes are naturally a little longer than average, but mine are straight and try really hard to be invisible. Usually, they succeed. Until I found this Essence Mascara, and now not only can they not hide, they actually make my lashes visible! For one of the first times, my eye lashes are part of my make-up routine and I couldn't be more excited about it! My eyes are pale blue, so the black mascara makes my eyes seem to glow, so you better believe that I'm wearing this mascara until the day Hollywood says,' Hey! You there, the natural redhead with the amazingly visible eye lashes and blue eyes that seem to glow! We need you!" or I die. This mascara is that good.In terms of the removal of the mascara, I use the same method that I always use: when using one of those facial wipes (yes, I know, we shouldn't use those, bleh), I carefully wipe back and forth across my lashes with my eyes closed, to let the moisture from the wipe saturate the lashes and the mascara. Then, within a minute or two, I begin wiping down, again with eyes closed, and the mascara came off a treat. I use the exact same procedure when using a more expensive eye-makeup remover. I saturate the cotton ball, and rub GENTLY back and forth across the lashes, then start gently pulling down, and the mascara comes right off.TO SUM UP: I cannot overstate the quality of this mascara. They aren't paying me to say this, and I didn't get a free one to write a review about. At this point, I would pole dance for a free mascara. This is REALLY good stuff, and we'll be using it for the foreseeable future.

This was recommended on a YouTube video I watched so I decided to give it a try.I'm glad I did because this mascara gives amazing volume and length to my lashes in just 2 passes. I find it better than other mascaras double (and even triple) the price. I've now put it on subscription as the results and price just can't be beat!

It’s a great choice if you want a bold mascara that gives a voluminous and long lash effect.It gets clumpy easily and you do need to get red of them by yourself if you want an effortless subtle look.

Have been using sky high mascara and thought I would try this and sky high dries up very quickly.I was very impressed with the first stroke my lashes were instantly longer and thicker than sky high mascara. Very gentle on my sensitive skin does not sting irritate my eyes at all. My go to mascara now.

Le ciglia risultano visibilmente più lunghe, incurvate e ben separate, senza grumi.Lo scovolino è facile da usare e prende bene tutte le ciglia, anche quelle più corte. La formula è leggera ma resistente: dura tutto il giorno senza sbavare o sgretolarsi, anche con caldo o umidità. Great every day mascara for sensitive eyes
Love, love, love this mascara! I have a hard time finding mascaras that I like. I look for mascaras that lift, lengthen and curl, that easily wash off with a regular cleanser, and that are safe for really sensitive eyes. After trying a bunch of other highly recommended brands I am so glad I found this one. For reference, I was using Flower Beauty warrior mascara prior which I also love. I find them comparable in many ways. This one is less dramatic of a look but priced at half the price. Flower beauty allows a more buildable coverage but can sometimes clump a little. I still love them both. I prefer the curved brush on the Essence. Bonus they are both cruelty free which is super important to me! While this may smudge a tiny bit I don’t notice it til end of day so it seems to stay put for a long time. When it does smudge it is easily removable , unlike some other brands I’ve tried. If you want a good every day mascara that washes off easily, won’t break the bank and is safe for sensitive eyes- this one’s for you!

This mascara is one of the best on the market. I've been using this for years and have always recommended it to friends. (A makeup artist put me on it) I was extremely excited to learn I can now purchase from Bolo, as Priceline Pharmacies no longer stock this little beauty. Do you yourself a favor and try it.
