I originally bought this for my face to help with breakouts aged 28. It made my face extremely dry, mildly irritated, taught and contributed to the spots. My skin is not usually sensitive but I do have a very dry skin type. However, I was also experiencing extremely itchy arms and shoulders when I got into bed due to dryness and out of sheer laziness of not wanting to reach over and get my hemp oil, I applied this and hoped for the best. The itching stopped immediately and completely. It has been several weeks of bathing daily and applying this and no itching. The following morning there's a very faint smell of it on my skin and a not unpleasant minor residue. I only use it once a day and occasionally freshen up my clothes with the scent because I cannot tolerate the smell of aftershave, deodorant or perfumed products. This smells a bit chemically but it's not intolerable and is generally pleasant. I'm going to buy more because I can slosh it on my arms as I'm getting out of the bath; the bottle has a large application hole which allows the water to pour or slosh out so be aware of this and don't turn the bottle upside down.

I'm in my late 60s now and have used this Garnier Rose soothing Toner for years. After cleaning this toner always seems to find just 'a little bit more'. It's slmply magic. Leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft and cool it's wonderful. Also, it smells amazing! So good ... I always have a sspare on hand.

It’s too strong for my skin, if you have very oily skin or struggle with acne this product would be heavenly. I use rose water because it’s so soft and hydrating, this product very good product for the price, just not the effect I was looking for.
