Iv been taking these for several months 2 in the morning and have no idea if there working unless you go for a bone density test or a calcium test they are quite a big tablet but because they have a smooth texture there easy to swallow no taste in them and have vitamin d there a great price I will continue taking them.

I recently tried this Calcium and Vitamin D supplement, and while I was hopeful, it didn’t work well for me personally. The quality seems fine overall, but after taking it for a few days, I started feeling a bit nauseous. It’s possible that I might be sensitive or allergic to one of the ingredients — I’m not entirely sure.Because of that, I decided to stop using it and switch to another brand. I know everyone’s body reacts differently, so it might work perfectly for others, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t the right match for me.Thank you, and I hope this helps someone else who might have similar sensitivities.
