(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I'm a bit old-school and prefer using in-ear wired earphones over fancy Bluetooth wireless ones - can't be dealing with the whole recharging or losing them if they accidentally fall out - I saw a young girl on a bus frantically trying to find one of her earpieces that had fallen out and dropped behind some seats in front - but sadly, to no avail!I needed a new pair of in-earphones to replace an old set I'd had for a number of years and was specifically looking for ones in the "£20 or under" price range.I tried the Marley ones - they had a great cord on them and a nice wooden design, but the sound lacked a certain depth although they were very clear in the treble tones.I tried the Sony MDRs, they were a great fit but seemed somehow rather flimsy and lacked power.I've tried the Panasonic red and black ones, although they look a little cheap they have pretty good robust sound but again the cable is incredibly poor and flimsy.Finally I came across these and I'm pleased to say that they tick all the boxes!!Their design and shape reminded me of some Sony noise-cancelling (not just noise isolating) ones I'd had with a state of the art MP3 playerThey're very comfortable to wear for longer periods, pack an even punchier rich sound with all of the bass, mid tones and treble - no it wasn't me going deaf having to turn the volume right up with the other makes of earphones, they just were nowhere as powerful! And with the right selected silicon ear tips these ones block outside noise pretty amazingly like noise cancelling earphones. The wire is thick and doesn't tangle into knots and the 3.5mm jack plug connector seems pretty heavy duty - time will tell. I specifically like the fact you have the volume up and down buttons on the mic which many in this price range don't. They're great value for the £12.99 they're selling for, and in my opinion are worth much more.The little pouch to keep them in is also a really nice touch.

5 stars because they're priced reasonably and fit well enough with decent sound and build quality.I use them to sleep with and they are comfortable helping block most ambient noise.Recommended.

**ONE YEAR UPDATE**I've now had these headphones for over a year using and abusing them daily, and regrettably, they have finally started to break down. The small piece of rubber on the cable next to the right earphone has broken away, leading to the right earphone being much quieter than the left. Everything else is faultless, and I will be buying another pair once these ones give up completely.The only thing I would change is replacing the 3.5mm jack with one that is right angled, to make it fit in a pocket better.After one year of use I'm very happy, I have bought earphones for twice this price that have lasted not even a quarter of this time.**Orginal Review**I've been using these headphones for a week now, and I have to say, at this price point, you can't ask for much more. The headphones arrived the day after I ordered them, in a nice cardboard box with a magnetic closure. The headphones themselves are encased in foam, with a nice faux leather pouch containing four sets of additional ear buds - two sets of foam, and two sets of normal rubber ones - each in varying sizes, to ensure a perfect fit.The headphones themselves are great, I'm not a professional by any means, but I have owned and tried some high end headphones, and for the price and the size, you cant beat these. The sound is clear and crisp, the bass is solid but not overwhelming, and the mids and highs are still plentiful. The connections, mic/pause/volume buttons, and splitter are all made of metal which gives me confidence that they will last a long time. The cable itself is very nice, there seems to be a casing around the actual cables, which does well to reduce the cable noise when they touch your coat or something else. I'm using these primarily with an Xperia Z5 and the volume up/down buttons, pause/play buttons, all work perfectly, which cannot be said for all headphones I have tried with this device.Perhaps my favourite feature is the design of the earbuds themselves. After you put them in your ears, the drivers sit very flat, almost flush, to the side of your head. This makes them very comfortable to use when lying down, opposed to other types of in ear headphones which tend to want to push further into your ear when you lie down on them. as well as making them quite stylish in my opinion.

Il sont résistant ( je l'ai ai depuis 1 ans et je l'ai maltraite un peu mais fonctionne toujours comme au au premier jours ) Le seul problème c'est l'esthétique .. Il jaunisse rapidement

Disappointed with the way ear buds go into your ears, its an awkward shape and you cant get the full benefit of it

Great sound for an incredible price

I have tried several ear buds all which work fine but none that seem to have quality sound. Every pair I've bought are more expensive than these and none came with the extraordinary packaging especially at this price range. These appear to be quality built. The package includes the typical extra covers for an exact fit. It also comes with a small clothes pin type clip to attach to the wire to clip it closer to your collar if so desired. It even comes with a cover over the plug itself and of course a little carrying case. For this price range I was expecting a ziplock baggy at best! The warranty is for 1 year although at $10 I couldn't imagine using it unless they didn't work when I got them.Now on to the sound. It's fantastic in my opinion. The last pair of name brand ear buds I bought for a considerable amount more than these cannot compare in sound quality. I own an LG V30 that comes with HiFi Quad DAC sound built in. Match that with these earbuds use the equalizer and you can get very high quality personal taste sound. When listening to my favorite songs and comparing ear buds these win hands down! These are also the first pair that actually has bass that can compete with my Bluetooth full ear covering headphones.As I have only had these for a day I cannot attest to their longevity. I bought these specifically for my regular bike rides. I like the ability to be able to turn the volume up and down while riding using the in-line remote so I can adjust the volume to hear traffic behind me. Bottom line, I doubt you could find better ear buds with better bass and sound quality for this price and in many cases for a much higher price. These are simply outstanding!UPDATE: 1/27/2019 I recently inquired about an issue I was having with some static in one ear so I inquired directly to the seller. I got a response in a few hours and was told I might have gotten a defective unit and they sent a new ne out immediately. How incredible is that! My original pair was still usable for voice but for music certain highs in one ear produced static and that a company would send me a new pair just verifies what a great company they are. When I need or desire an upgrade to what I have I will definitely without hesitation buy from them. With so many companies selling so many things to find one that completely backs their products is a treasure that I will not forget! Thanks Betron!

Muy buen sonido. No bloquea el ruido por completo pero ayuda mucho por la forma que tiene el auricular. Buena calidad de sonido. Sí lo recomiendo.

Noise Cancelling

Bingo... I no longer can hear my neighbors very loud T.V through the living room wall. Excellecent additional earbuds larger pair fit perfectly no back ground noise. Recommend when putting earbuds in ears lift top of ear up then place bud in canal and release ear giving bud a little push you'll get a snugger fit. Thank you.
