It's a good introduction to birthing/baby animal play.The puppies come out of the mummy dogs tummy.Great for kids who's special intrest is pregnancy or just those who want to have puppies and a mummy dog to look after in their play.

This dog has a tummy compartment for storing the babies. The doll is really sturdy and pretty. The dog itself is a cheaper feel of plastic but the pups are more of a tough plastic (almost rubbery feel). Overall very happy with it as is 3yo daughter who was very impressed with babies in tummy trick!
