Taste very good, slightly more expensive than shelled pistachios but makes them very easy to eat a handful as you are no longer having to crack open each one.Also you are guaranteed every single one as they are de-shelled, unlike those annoying closed shells that you cannot get into no matter how much force you use.

QUALITE MEDIOCRE de ces PISTACHES
J'utilise ces pistaches NON salées pour la fabrication de Chocolats de Noël, je passe ces pistaches au four pour pouvoir enlever la 2e peau... Cette opération a pris + de 3 h. pour arriver à un résultat médiocre.Elles sont comme "rassises" et sans moelleux. En fait ces pistaches ont été très mal stockées et de mauvaise qualité. Je suis Insatisfaite.
